Abhinav, has upgraded two of my lap tops, with SSD drives. The are both running better than expected. He provides an excellent service, keeping in communication through out the process. He is a knowledgable, straightforward, humble guy, who provides an excellent service. Very highly recommended.
PC Guru was very quick, informative, flexible and polite. He was even available on a Sunday evening? No problem was too little or too silly. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted PCGuru when my 4-5 year old laptop more or less 'died' on me. I really thought I was going to have to fork out for a new laptop as I had already had some repairs done 9 months ago but my computer continued to slow down and played up sometimes before it had a total meltdown. What a surprise I got to find that PCGuru would be able to fix the problem as well as load everything back onto my computer. He also installed a better operating system and fixed the dodgy CD drive. What impressed me most (besides the very reasonable price) was the way PCGuru kept me informed of what he felt needed doing and what the cost would be. When I picked up my laptop he took me through what he had done and I am SOOOOO happy with how my computer is running now. He even offered to pick up/drop off the laptop if I hadn't been able to! He is such a lovely man and did a great job at a very reasonable price. This guy is too good to be true!

I highly recommend the PC Guru. He was very polite and quick with giving me a quote. I dropped my laptop at his home office on the Saturday and it was ready to pick up the following morning. The issue was fixed and he only charged $65, much cheaper than other IT places I was looking at online. He was also good about me following up on how I was going.

Abhinav is a find! Very professional and excellent communication. He not only gave great advice but replaced my SSD and hard drive much quicker than expected. My 2013 Macbook is running great - like a new computer. I HIGHLY recommend Abhinav and will definitely work with him again in the future.
I was originally going to go with Geeks on Wheels but choose PC Guru when I saw that the quote/one hour service fee was about $60 compared to about $120. I got my MacBook back before my initial appointment with Geeks on Wheels would've been. I'm extremely happy with the result and the bill was less than I expected. Top notch

I am very pleased to recommend PC Guru. I have had an SSD & new accounting software installed. I was grateful for the 'non computer geek' explanations, I was impressed that the alteration made the difference that was told I could expect (no need to buy a new PC now - phew). Pickup/drop off and time to repair was exactly on time, all communication was exceptional. Price at completion was as quoted. Very polite and respectful. I cannot give a better recommendation. very very pleased.
